- the order fulfillment time is provided individually for each item added to the Cart;

Note! If delivery of the Goods within the time specified for the Order is not possible, we will inform you of the expected delivery time, and you will have the option to cancel the Order. You may also choose another form of fulfillment:
- replacement with another product of equivalent function, with any price difference being balanced accordingly;
- a refund for the missing item and fulfillment of the remaining part of the order
- a request for your consent to a waiting period longer than 14 days for fulfillment of the order with respect to a product that is out of stock, with any additional shipping costs to be covered by Us.
We may offer you a choice of several carriers capable of making the delivery, or we may designate a specific courier company that cooperates with us. You will always find information on our website about the current offers of the courier companies and other carriers we work with.
- Costs related to the delivery of the Goods are borne by the Buyer.
- we may offer a discount on the delivery of Goods if such a promotion is available, which you will always be informed of when placing your Order. Please check the order value above which we guarantee free delivery costs on our part.
Please note! We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the Carrier.
Remember! Check the condition of the shipment upon delivery, preferably verifying that the order is complete in the presence of the courier; if there are any shortages or damage, draw up a damage report together with the courier, in their presence.
Note! If you do not check the condition of the shipment immediately upon receipt, and the damage was caused by the carrier's fault, your complaint may often not be accepted.
Withdrawal from the contract and returns
In our store, every buyer – whether a consumer, a sole trader, or a legal entity – has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order.
- to do so, please send an email to mexpo@mexpo.eu stating your intention to withdraw from the contract, referencing the relevant order number. The message should be sent from the email address provided when placing the order;
- After we confirm receipt of your message, please pack and send, at your own expense, via insured courier shipment, the item to be returned to the address: Mexpo Sp. z o.o., Pułaskiego 8, 81-368 Gdynia – enclosing a copy of the email with the statement of intent to withdraw from the contract. The shipment should be sent promptly, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date the withdrawal statement was sent.
- in the event of a valid withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller).
- the refund will be made promptly, and in any case no later than within 14 calendar days from the date the Seller receives the Customer's statement of withdrawal from the contract and the returned Goods; the refund will be made using the same payment method you used.
Please note! Upon withdrawal from the Agreement, you are liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning – for example, using it for an extended period or contrary to the start-up instructions. We check whether the returned Goods are new, unused, and undamaged before issuing a refund to the Customer.
In accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, you do not have the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement:
- if the subject of performance is an item delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening due to health or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery;
- outlet items (incomplete, used, substandard, second-category).
Note! We may cancel an order placed by a Customer who is not a Consumer from the moment the Sales Agreement is concluded until the expiration of 14 days from the date of delivery of the Goods.
Complaints and claims
We deliver Goods to you free of defects. However, if we informed you of a defect prior to placing the Order, you may not later file a complaint regarding that defect.
However, if a defect in the product appears during use, you may request:
- repair;
- replacement.
If we are unable to carry out a repair or replacement, or if the cost of repair or replacement is excessively high, we may refuse to fulfill your request. In that case, you may submit a statement requesting a price reduction or withdrawal from the Agreement.
- we will carry out the repair or replacement of the Goods within a reasonable time from the moment we receive your request and, e.g., the Goods themselves.
- We bear the costs of bringing the Goods into conformity with the Agreement. You are required to make the Goods available – including delivering them – in order to fulfill your request, at our expense.
- You may submit a statement requesting a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract if the Goods are not in conformity with the Agreement, if:
- the Seller has refused to repair or replace the Goods;
- the Seller has failed to bring the Goods into conformity with the Agreement;
- the lack of conformity of the Goods with the contract persists despite the Seller having carried out a repair or replacement of the Goods;
- the lack of conformity of the Goods with the contract is significant and justifies an immediate price reduction or withdrawal from the Sales Agreement;
- it is clear from the Seller's statement or from the circumstances of the sale and handling of the complaint that the Seller will not bring the Goods into conformity with the contract within a reasonable time or without excessive inconvenience to the Consumer.
- A refund resulting from the exercise of the right to a price reduction will be made no later than within 14 days from the date the Consumer's statement regarding the price reduction is received.
Note! In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, the Consumer shall promptly return the Goods to the Seller at the Seller's expense.
Please remember! You must send photographic documentation of the Goods subject to the complaint to Mexpo's email address for assessment, without returning the Goods.
- The complaint notification should include the Customer's details enabling a response to the complaint, the order number (or other data allowing it to be identified), and a description of the event giving rise to the complaint, including the defect the Customer believes the Goods have, and, if possible, documentation of the defect, the date the defect occurred, the requested method of bringing the Goods into conformity with the Agreement, and the contact details of the person filing the complaint. Failure to provide specific information does not affect the validity of the complaint, but may streamline the process or prevent its handling, e.g. if contact details or the order number are not provided.
- we will respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date it was submitted.
Provisions concerning non-consumer customers
Different regulations apply to persons other than Consumers with regard to:
- The Seller informs the Entrepreneur of any visible signs of use or defects in the Goods. Each item is described accordingly.
- the Seller's liability under the statutory warranty for the Goods towards a Customer who is not a Consumer has been excluded.
- The Seller shall be liable for non-performance or improper performance of the contract only in the event of intentional damage.
- In the event the Product is sent to a Customer who is not a Consumer via a carrier, the Customer who is not a Consumer is obliged to inspect the shipment promptly, and a period of 10 business days from the date of receipt of the ordered Goods shall be deemed the appropriate time for checking the condition of the shipment.
- The Seller may provide a guarantee for the Goods. Information about the guarantee is included in the Terms and Conditions.
