Okayo WT-300D Transmitter

The digital WT-300D model (purple receivers, turquoise transmitters) is not compatible with the old analog generations of this model (red receivers, blue transmitters).
Lack of compatibility is not grounds for complaint or product return.

The Okayo WT-300 model can only be described as iconic. Red receivers have accompanied tour guides and tourists throughout Europe for over 10 years. They have gained a host of devoted fans thanks to excellent parameters such as range, operating time, durable housing, and simple operation.

All good things come to an end… to make room for something better!

New digital generation – Okayo WT-300D (Digital) model.

By switching to digital transmission, we can not only offer a more competitive price than the older analogue versions (parts for analogue systems are no longer manufactured, and their prices are rising accordingly), but above all a new feature previously unattainable: remote channel switching in receivers. In addition, Okayo WT-300 D receivers are equipped with HAC (Hearing Aid Compatible) system, making them friendly for hearing-aid users.

Less is more.

Okayo WT-300D has 25 channels… But that’s only seemingly fewer than the older generation.
The new digital Okayo WT-300 has more channels available for simultaneous use than its analogue predecessor. Up to 25 groups can be guided simultaneously on separate channels in the same confined space (in the analogue model – up to 10). This means the probability of interference caused by other groups with the same model in popular tourist locations is even lower.

New model – familiar advantages.

Okayo WT-300D has the already known – very good range and even longer operating time than its analog older brother had. On 1 charge/battery change, the receiver will operate for over 35 hours, which is 10 hours more.

The WT-300D housing has not changed except for… the colour. It is still the proven ABS material resistant not only to cracking but even to minor scratches, but this time it stands out with an original and distinctive hue.

The transmitter has a built-in microphone, in case the external favourite microphone such as LM-90 or HM-65 gets misplaced somewhere.

All existing accessories, including Okayo HDC-300 chargers, are compatible with the new Okayo WT-300D model.
