You choose when to give the floor

The Okayo WT-350D transmitter offers an innovative function that allows for instant switching from a one-way to a two-way system with a simple toggle. This enables the guide to give group members the floor, increasing tourist engagement during tours. Moreover, both the transmitter and receiver are equipped with built-in microphones, ensuring reliable communication at every stage of the trip.

Out-of-range alarm

The Okayo WT-350D system is equipped with an out-of-range alarm function, which causes receivers to automatically emit an audible signal when a tourist moves too far from the group. This feature significantly enhances safety during tours, especially in large spaces like museums or parks, minimizing the risk of participants getting lost.

Remote channel change

The remote channel change function in the Okayo WT-350D transmitter allows the guide to quickly and conveniently modify the channel without manual intervention on each receiver. The channel change is performed only on the transmitter, and receivers automatically adjust to the new setting. This saves the guide time, and tour participants do not have to worry about operating the devices, which eliminates the risk of errors and signal loss during the tour.

Virtually maintenance-free receiver

The Okayo WT-350D system has been designed so that every user can operate it easily and without trouble during a tour. The receivers only have 2 volume control buttons and a PTT button for communication with the transmitter.

The receiver will automatically turn off when the guide finishes transmitting and switches off the transmitter. This significantly reduces battery consumption, and the device does not remain unnecessarily on when no longer in use.

Lightweight and economical

Both the transmitter and receiver are powered by just 1 AA battery or rechargeable battery, which can be charged in a bulk charger. This makes our system not only extremely lightweight (only 65 grams with battery!), but also economical – you don't need to invest in multiple batteries for each device, which significantly lowers overall operating costs.

Hearing aid support

The Okayo WT-350D City Jungle Edition system was designed with hearing aid users in mind. The receiver is equipped with a HAC (Hearing Aid Compatible) system, allowing people with hearing difficulties to use the devices without sound interference such as hums and crackles. Moreover, the system does not require purchasing an induction loop, saving additional money.

In order to accommodate customer needs and expectations, thanks to the remote-controlled channel changes from the transmitter, the tour guide system is practically hands-free on the receiver side.
