We are very happy that you would like to test our equipment! We hope that the system meets your expectations and performs perfectly, but—as in life—there are certain rules worth following to ensure the deposit safely returns to your account.
Here are the cases in which we may partially or not return the deposit:
- Mechanical damage If the equipment comes back looking like it “fought a tank” — we’ve got a problem. Dents, cracks, deep scratches, or other “souvenirs from the trip” may result in losing the deposit.
- Liquid damage Our equipment likes water as much as cats do — that is, not at all (unless it’s a special waterproof model ;)). If it comes back looking like it’s been on an intensive diving course, the deposit may need to cover “drying costs.”
- Extended testing period Sometimes time flies and the equipment misses its “return train” — we get it! However, if it takes too long a vacation and comes back late, we may deduct part of the deposit to cover extra “holiday costs.”
- Missing components Sometimes, during the excitement of testing, something may get lost—like a sock in the washing machine. But if the set comes back without transmitters, receivers, microphones, reusable earphones, headsets, or the transport case, we may retain part of the deposit to cover missing items.
- Packing for shipment Please remember that our transport case is part of the set, not the shipping package! We don’t want it to come back with extra “tattoos” in the form of courier labels. Please pack the case in a proper box or wrap it several times with bubble wrap so it reaches us in the same condition as it reached you—without stickers or travel marks.
